The owner was wonderful, he found us broke down in a parking lot on a Sunday and had the car towed to his shop and it was fixed within a few days! The work was done beautifully and he only fixed what was wrong with the car! He did a full diagnostics and told me what I did have to look forward to in the future for repairs. I could not have asked for a better person to work on our car, he is now my go-to guy for repairs! Not to sound cheesy but he was an Angel sent from Heaven!
Tom listened to my concerns and was able to get my car into the shop quickly. He was able to diagnose what was going on with my car the same day and my car was fixed in a few days. Not only did Tom explain what was going on with my car but he also gave reports to me through the process. In the future, my family will be bringing their vehicles to Tom for any repairs. Thank you Tom and his mechanics for helping my family!!!
Tom is a great guy. Extremely knowledgeable, and fair. If you don't need it, he doesn't do it. Very Affordable for expert auto work. I appreciate that he is empathetic to the cost especially with how much auto work cost. Will be the only shop that will touch my vehicles in the future. Literally no other shop could touch his pricing. Thanks sir!!! I'll be back should anything need to be serviced on my vehicles.
TNJ Auto Group is the BEST! They have saved me on more than one or two occasions. Tom is a brilliant mechanic and gets the job done, all while explaining what he is doing and why. There are no tacked on fees and he is very reasonable. I have recommended him on several occasions and recommend him to anyone reading this. Five stars plus!!
Tom was the biggest help to getting me back in my feet quick when I needed someone quick. Super personable and knowledgeable when it came to what needed to be done. He’s fair and wants to make sure his customers are taken care of. I will always use him for anything in the future and recommend you do too!
