Won't return call. Contacted on 12/19/2023 to investigate possible leak in minisplit. I gave my name, number, location, and minisplit details over the phone and they also asked for a text message which I sent. They said they would get back with me in a couple days. That was 3 months ago. I have confirmed their phone number on the text message. If it is this hard on the front end to get a call back on a pre-sale, I can't imagine how hard it would be to get a call back if you purchased a unit from them and had issues.
Great guy and very knowledgeable and professional. Prices are fair and he does a great job. I would definitely recommend.
