TNC was great, very professional, and friendly. If you’re looking for a high-quality crate for your fur baby, this is the place.
We ordered a custom TNC Crate, in 2021, for our very large dog. We needed it to be comfortable and secure, as he has some ongoing behavioral issues. This crate has exceeded our expectations, and our dog seeks it out voluntarily- as you can see in the photo!

Customer service is absolutely top notch, the product design is great. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because for the price it cost I do feel like the end product is a little rougher than the simular units from their competitors. The corners could greatly benefit from some sort of bump guard simular to others out there and the cuts themselves look unfinished , having some cnc experience I would say that it looks like they dont have any overlap and that makes these jagged little spots that come out on each cut ou... read more
