Josh with TNA provides exceptional customer service! We needed a part that was a week out and when he heard we had planned a pool party and didn’t have the part we needed, he found it locally and serviced our heater the next day! He goes above and beyond to help us out and this isn’t the first time he’s come through for us! He has been so great to work with!
Josh and his team are awesome! We were in a bind and couldn’t find anyone to help. Josh was recommended by a friend so we reached out to him for help on a Friday night. He went out of his way the very next day, showed up early, worked in the rain and got my pool cover aligned and operational. Great people and great customer service! I can’t recommend TNA pools enough….they are excellent!
We had a 16x40 Caribbean-style pool installed by TNA Pools, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! Joshua, the owner, was absolutely exceptional—professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Josh took exceptional time and effort to walk me through what was happening during the construction/installation, and extremely accomodating to changes in priject scope. We were always kept in the loop as to what was happening as well as the next several steps during the entire process.
