Have had a great experience for years going here. Didn’t have a problem till today with a rude receptionist on the phone when all I asked was was a simple question and she got angry on the phone me and was rude also.

I wish I had found this office a long time ago. Everybody, from the time I walked in the front door made me feel like I mattered. Everything I had expected, due to other experiences elsewhere, was out the window. They saw something in me worth saving and I could feel that. Thank you to all the staff for everything y'all have done for me. Dr. Kelly Plaster and TN Valley Family Care is the best choice I could have made for my PCP!
My whole family goes to this doctor's office. We have nothing but great things to say and would recommend them to anyone. I feel that the office staff is very concise and accommodating and the medical staff allows for a personal touch as well as a professional overtone. When my wife goes with our two children the office staff is very helpful and they provide assistance as needed to make sure that the entire family feels comfortable during the visit.
