I had a tough stain on my carpet that I’d tried to hide with a rug, plus there was some candle wax stuck in the corner. I reached out to TN Upholstery & Rug Cleaning, and Giovanni did an incredible job—now my carpet looks spotless! He finished quickly and left the whole room smelling fresh and clean. great service and honesty! i had kaden come over to clean the carpets in my new house. i also asked about duct cleaning, and kaden checked everything carefully. he explained that the ducts were actually clean and didn't need any work. he even showed me what to watch out for in the future, so i’d know when a cleaning is really needed. instead of just doing extra work and charging me more, kaden was honest and saved me money. setting up the appointment was easy, and kaden was always quick to respond to my calls and texts. he e... read more
