I had a great experience the first time I used their carpet cleaning service. This time, however, I was a bit disappointed, but overall it turned out well. The cleaner finished in just 30 minutes. I had one small room deducted from the cleaning because he mentioned that the living room was large. Did anyone experience a flooded basement from the recent rain? I did, with about half an inch of water covering three rooms, two of which were finished.
