I am only giving 1 star because this is the lowest I can rate on here, but I wouldn’t recommend this pediatric office to anyone. We always feel like our voice is not heard when it comes to the specific needs that our children meet. We are always given hoops and obstacles to jump through and climb over before care is given to our children. We know our children best and being treated as if we aren’t aware of our own Children’s needs is absolutely unacceptable.
Very disappointed all I’m saying is it wasn’t clean .
Friendly staff. Haven't had a problem with the doctors. They listen and answer questions very well. The office gets you in in a timely manner. I think the longest I've waited so far is maybe 10 minutes. Definitely recommend.
Office was disgusting, trash in every drawer in room 4 , no gloves no soap no paper towels, no paper towels in the bathroom . Only interested in what they can charge insurance. Say for over an hr for the doctor to come in and telle he will be in once insurance goes through. Plus the "receptionist" just sits on her phone spraying dollar general nasty perfume every two seconds to cover her feminine stinch .... Do not take your children there even for the smallest thing !
