I've been receiving botox for migraines without issues for years. Then I was switched to Dr Fallis first appointment I gave the muscle relaxers he prescribed a chance . Second visit I advised Dr. Fallis of the pills making my migraines worse, he stated I just to get better rest and offered a new muscle relaxer. My fiancé was absolutely ignored and quite frankly was disrespected the entire time she was there. She was constantly spoken over and he didn’t take an actual moment to acknowledge anything that was happening. As a professor I would have expected a level of thoroughness that someone with that experience. I can understand why we would need more tests but I can’t excuse an ounce of the disrespect from today.

Went for him for headaches and seizures and he did a neck scan and put me on a muscle relaxer. Wouldn't listen to me when I suggested seizures and said when I threw up after one that the medicine he prescribed doesn't cause stomach issues. Wouldn't look at me just my mom and didn't take me seriously. He pulled up the wrong patient for my second appointment with him and acted angry with me when he realized he was wrong. Turns out I do have seizures... (Found out in the ER) and I probably don't need the muscle relaxer either.
