Very positive experience, they got me in without an appointment, were very kind, professional, efficient, and my nails look great!
Not good, she made me bleed and hurt me over and over again. I went in for an acrylic set removal with a new set. She popped my old nails off ripping almost every single nail and making me bleed on my thumb after ripping almost half it off. She was smart though and didn’t have me leave and don’t walk away so I didn’t take a picture of the absolute terror my nails that I spent so long making sure they got good care just got completely destroyed.
