They are nickle and diming clients . I brought in my own polish and still had to pay $15 for the base coat. Then they offer a cash discount i find it odd. I still paid full price for everything. If you want to be over charged then this is the place for you. Already paying $50 for a fill plus $15 for polish. Outrages.
