Absolutely terrible manicure. Not professional in the least. I didn’t feel comfortable from the start. The table wasn’t clean. I could feel the grit of other manicures before me. I did not get the feeling the tools were properly sterilized and when I asked if they were the technician got defensive and told me she uses alcohol on my nails after implying that would kill any germs/bacteria I was worried about. Got overcharged for shellac, 30$ and I didnt even get a manicure with it. I chose a light colour and it was very transparent, i could still see my nails underneath. Poor nail prep and when I expressed my concerns she didnt do anything to fix it.
