Left my car here for work and as a result got 2 punctures in each back tyre whilst in their care,, they then expected me to be greatful they plugged the punctures at their cost well yeah it happened there! wouldn't recommend anyone coming here. Yes you gave me discount of $50 off the extra $100 you charge for a report of faults because i had the $380 timing chain carried out with you and $2 globes doesn't justify $200 tyres destroyed in whilst in you care
This place does not take care of your car got my car back with all mud on the carpet trim and seat from the dirt road that they leave it sitting on I will not be coming back here car was still makes noises after supposedly being fixed. RESPONSE TO OWNER I didn't receive discounts you should treat customer car and property better than yours
Just done the RWC here and would recommend to all my friends. The service is good and price is affordable.
Avoid this dodgy place they don't carry out the work they take your money to do and when they do it's all cheap material I found that out after I took to a proper mechanic will also be reporting to VicRoads DO NOT bring your car here
