Great service and a reliable place for RWC. TN Motors were professional, honest, and efficient. The process was smooth and clearly explained. Highly recommend.
Don’t go this place, I brought my car to this place for servicing and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The service was unprofessional and dishonest. The owner and workers told me they had changed the oil and water, but after checking my car myself an hour later, I discovered that nothing had been changed. This is the worst service experience I have ever had. I was charged $150 for a vehicle service, however no actual service was completed. The engine oil was not changed at all, despite this being part of the service I paid for. There was no evidence that any work had been carried out on my vehicle. The service provider did not explain the charges properly and failed to deliver the service promised. I don’t recommend this place: I took my Toyota in for a check-up, and he claimed to find five issues that didn’t actually exist. I then took it to another mechanic, who only found one real problem. I do not recommend this place—the owner is deceitful and becomes very aggressive and intimidating when confronted
I do not recommend this mechanic. I accidentally left my wallet in the car, and when I went back to retrieve it, it was gone. Fortunately, I had an AirTag inside, which led me to discover that the owner had the wallet in his office. After confronting him and showing the location, he returned it to me. However, $300 was missing from the wallet. To make matters worse, he charged me $500 for a simple oil and filter change. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I felt taken advantage of on every level.
