Love the Crossville location as everyone is always so nice when you go in.
Dr Torres has now changed extra for smoking counseling 3-10 minutes which was never given.
Horrible made it 6 weeks ago got there and they said we have you down for the 26th?! I said I made this 6 weeks ago and just had an attack Saturday I need to be seen just spoke with the office kady 3 days prior too to get in earlier but couldn't and she said see you Thursday nope! Wow I would have lost my job if I was that incompetent thats people's lives man so awful!! The front office staff were pleasant. The female “nurse” that works there holds up to her description from a neighbor as a “porcupine” . I like to always give people grace for a bad day - unfortunately my neighbors description was spot on … very disappointed in the process. We will elect to go to Cookeville going forward. The office was clean I gave two stars for the registration staff and cleanliness. The cardiologist at the offices are amazing! I wish the clinical staff could reflect this ……
