Jimmy did a great job repairing my dryer. I bought my used washer from TN Alliance Exchange and it's going strong.
If you can call anyone else for repairs, do so! They had been working on a dryer repair of ours for months (since January) to the point in which they found every reason under the sun, including blaming our maintenance for the issue. Instead of sending out another tech to double check it, they simply took pictures (on their 4th visit). It ended up not being the fuse or the air pressure, both of which they blamed us for, but instead, the motor needed to be replaced. 4 months wasted dealing with them! Whoever you call, don't choose TN Appliance Exchange. Called them to fix our dishwasher in January through our home warranty. The repairman was scheduled to come out in January when it snowed. Their phone system makes it impossible to speak with someone and forces you to leave a voicemail. I've called many times since then and nobody has called me back to finish the job. I just shared this to the Hip Antioch Facebook page as well.
We needed a dependable washing machine for our daughter's college apartment. I saw one listed in Marketplace. We went to pick it up and they were so helpful and offered a warranty. It's not brand new, but will get the job done for sure.
Okay, so we just left with a refrigerator, Yippee ! Customer service was excellent, the refrigerator is exactly what we needed and they had several choose from. Will definitely send more business to them. Thanks for all your help :)
Turned non-responsive to phone messages after receiving my $$$ for diagnostic visit. Wanted $180 to unclug drain plug in fridge (got it done elsewhere for $50 )& wanted $560 for stove repaid ($125 & done elsewhere). This was my 1st & last experience with this company.
I only gave 1 star because there wasn't an option for zero stars! I purchased an ice maker from here. I was guaranteed it would work but it did not! They even refused to work on it if I paid for their services! Total rip off SCAM!!!
Bought a washer from them. They have been very nice, consistent, and got here right on time. They were in and out! I really appreciated them delivering it to me and hooking it up as well. Would definitely purchase another item from them!
