We have had a horrible experience with TN APPLIANCE. My oven went out on May 25, 2025. Several computer parts were ordered and replaced. A code issue was fixed but my bottom oven would not cook food. The owner’s brother Jimmy came August 21 and told us nothing was wrong with our oven because his temperature probe said it was staying heated. He more or less told us we just wanted a new stove. Had the company come out and install a new dishwasher. It was installed crooked with a 1-inch gap on one side. It immediately began to leak and caused massive damage to our kitchen floor. They came back out and said they fixed it. Same problem and awful installation. Have called and left messages and have not heard back. Will never use them again!!
