great vets altho i think there shoukd be a little more interactions especially after a surgery but i do understand they are busy
Receptionist was unable to comprehend what was going on and wasn't trying To. Next time save the frustration take your pets to a clinic that actually wants to help you not just take your money.
May I suggest streamlining your intake questions over the phone? Our dog got into gopher poison, we called to see a vet. What we got was many minutes of intake questions such as "what is the mood of your animal?" When we interrupted to urgently ask if we would be able to see a vet on short notice or not, the receptionist had hurt feelings about not getting through all the protocol.
