Answer the phones, called 4 times middle of afternoon no answer, rings 4 times then leave a message. Put me on hold if you have to just dont ignore the phones all day
Good vet. Sometimes takes a long time to get checked in. If you ask they will sometimes let you be present for vaccinations and/or examinations but if you do not, the dogs are always taken to the back for their appointment. I am used to being able to consult with the vet or tech during the appointment but that is not the norm here. Also, you have to ask about dog weight, and whether or not the weight is good because otherwise the info is not forthcoming.
Unless you want to wait for an hour and a half for a 3 min appointment, go elsewhere, maybe your name will get spelled correctly on your file. This place is awful.
Was there to pick up food and could hear ones of the vets yelling at the staff in the back. I think the medicine they do is good, and worth the drive out, but I’ve heard not good things about the owner and working here.
