After visiting the clinic I get to know why google rating is too low. Recently, I had a very disappointing experience at the Surrey TMVC clinic. After my TB test follow up, the Dr. Dianna Mustafa, spoke to me in a harsh and disrespectful tone simply because I stepped outside for a quick phone call to discuss the result with my Manager after asking for permission. I was referred to this clinic by a friend. Dianna the nurse is amazing. Very informative and understanding. Highly recommend pre-travel consultations here. They are not pushy with vaccine recommendations and give you time to check with your insurance if they cover the cost. They don't recommend unnecessary vaccinations if your itinerary shows no risk for that disease. So be very clear with your itinerary if its fixed or open itinerary. Kara in the Head Office Call Center went above and beyond to assist me in getting my appointment moved up a couple of days. I had mentioned to her that I originally meant to book an earlier time slot but when I went back to book it was unavailable. I had assumed I had 'claimed' the spot but hadn't booked it. I called and Kara was kind enough to listen through the situation and informed me I'd have to wait until the slot became available again for me to book in. Ms. Diana and reception staff at their 120 Surrey office are quite knowledgeable and thorough professionals. I had a great conversation about various vaccines, prices and procedures.
