Kara in the Head Office Call Center went above and beyond to assist me in getting my appointment moved up a couple of days. I had mentioned to her that I originally meant to book an earlier time slot but when I went back to book it was unavailable. I had assumed I had 'claimed' the spot but hadn't booked it. Ms. Diana and reception staff at their 120 Surrey office are quite knowledgeable and thorough professionals. I had a great conversation about various vaccines, prices and procedures.
Sara she is so nice and understanding. She is so active and good to the people visit. I must recommend to go there. Staff is friendly and eager to help in need.
Very friendly and knowledgeable and they explained in detail all the benefits of the vaccines and the potential risks of the areas we are planning to visit. I highly recommend them !
