Excellent information and service from these Ladies in Kelowna, across the board. Extremely clear, concise and very helpful communication (Via facetime) with the lady in White Rock as to recommendations. And just what vaccines would be needed and the reasoning why. Five shots, using both shoulders. Pretty much painless. Thank you all very much!
