If this is the location with Theodore Allen as an appraiser.....he did a horrific job with my appraisal. My comparables were all around $320,000 to $325,000 and my appraisal came in at $310,000. Not sure why there was such a discrepancy with the amount. The only thing in the appraisal was my house was 2 1/2 baths and the comparables were 3 baths. A tub doesn't make a house worth $10-$15 thousand dollars more. My loan officer tried contacting Mr. Allen, but Mr. Allen was just insulted and said he's been doing this for 38 year... read more
