I had a great experience with PAL TMS services. Dr.Reimherr and Adrienne are the best, they have helped me greatly through my tms journey. They are a very compassionate and caring team. TMS has greatly improved my quality of life, before tms I wouldn't even leave my house. *Zero stars* I contacted TMS Therapy of Lynn by phone. I was never able to get anyone to speak to, and could only leave a voice mail. After 3 days, I sent an email. Again, no response. I called 2 more times. No response. 2 weeks later, and 2 more emails, no response. I finally heard back from someone who told me "they are getting my phone calls but no emails", and within the same conversation, "we are getting your emails but no phone calls."
