asked for my prescription to be mailed to me 3 weeks ago and someone called me today saying they have no record of any mail going out. Last week a lady told me she had the date written down it was shipped and I should have it any day now (clearly a lie). I was called back today by someone different in some sort of management role and they said they would mail it out for me. Not holding my breath.
Dr Northrup has always made me feel heard and respected as a patient and human being and has helped me so much with my mental health.
Dr. Northrop has been consistent in helping me work through my medication issues. He has been on my side, even when I wasn’t on his. His consistency in my care has made him an invaluable part of my care team.
George has been truly incredible. He has supported me in countless ways as I’ve worked to navigate life after the Marine Corps. His patience, understanding, and guidance have made a tremendous difference for me, giving me a significant boost at a critical time in my life. I can honestly say I wouldn’t be where I am today without him. Even after spending about six months in Colorado, I’m now moving back to Tampa specifically so I can continue seeing him — that’s how much of an impact he’s had on me.
Unreliable! I asked if we can find a solution for the reliability of my appointments and medications (since they are to be canceled and not notified or forgotten or has an appointment with no notice, wrong medications) based on all the staff changes. He responded that one cannot be reliable so we cannot expect that. He kept cutting me off that he is not here to talk about the employees.
