When I was about to start treatment, I was told that it would be $10 a day with my insurance. As I had only a couple treatments left of the 36, I was told it would be $40 more per visit. (My bad, I should have looked further into my insurance benefits). I was told I had a balance of somewhere around $930 or something like that. Paid $300, so I should have had only a balance of maybe 700-800 at most since I had one more 5 minute check in appointment. Unfortunately, relief after TMS treatment only lasted 6 months. While I knew there was a possibility that relief wouldn't last, I was told more than once told that 'tune up' sessions could be arranged later, if needed. So when I contacted the company about this, I received an extremely impersonal response, stating they are no longer accommodating new patients at this time. The staff is friendly and helpful. TMS was the best choice I made to treat my major depression.
