I have not had the opportunity to meet the doctor, but my experience with the front office staff has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. I’ve tried multiple times to communicate clearly both by phone and email but my questions have been ignored, dismissed, or met with vague, unhelpful responses. TMS Depression Center has been very helpful for me. Yes, I tend to be a hard person to diagnose since the brain plays a big issue in my life somehow Dr. Hawkins has been the person that was able to do it finally. The staff is always there to help you and listen to you and to make sure you feel safe. You can see that they love what they do from TMS to Spravato.
