Every person I interact with on the team, from the receptionist to my psychiatrist, I feel seen and taken care of. When you are going through really hard times, and you place a call for a sooner appointment the compassion, understanding and overall just vibe is accepting as you are in this moment and that means the world to people who are going through a hard time just trying to exist in the world. Jenn Hoben is incredibly supportive and mindful of patients’ needs. This is the first time I’ve felt a genuine sense that my psychiatrist cares about me and is truly interested in the factors in my life that affect my mental health.
