After 2 years of services, this clinic abandoned me following a hospitalization. A primary contributing factor to my crisis state was medication side effects. Clearwave would not communicate their refusal to provide me further services to my face, and as of my recent appointment with Iris Grett NP I was told, "Take care of yourself. I'll see you in 3 weeks." Rather than notifying me directly, they "fired" me through a Partial Hospitalization Program (that they had referred me to).
