I have had long standing depression - been on many medications as well as a long standing patient of Clearwave My therapist recommended trying TMS as I was feeling stuck . Everyone was helpful and caring throughout the TMS process
I've been going to clearwave mental health Poughkeepsie for TMS and psychiatry for a few years. They are amazing. Dr. Robinson and her team are exceptional, most importantly they listen and care so much. Even when things get complicated or tricky, which is often the case with mental health, they work with you to find a solution. Everyone, the techs, the management, are so passionate about what they do. I am so grateful for them and how they've impacted my life for the better.
Lied. I was told that there would be zero out of pocket expense because staff said insurance would cover it. A year later I got a bill for 7726.79 insurance paid 700 per visit for over 34 treatments I got hit for 280 per visit. I collect ssdi . I never would have had this treatment if I known it was 280 bucks per visit. Shame on Clearwave Psychiatric . I've been bamboozled. I take back my one star rating and give a big goose egg.
