My ordeal started last year. Came in because my tensioner and serpentine belt needed to be replaced. Spent 4 hours there to find out that the serpentine belt didn't need to be replaced and that the one that came in for order by the mechanic that day was the wrong size. Interesting. The new tensioner was loud and was told it should adjust and quiet down, i was billed for the change of the tensioner.
