They are a total ripoff and I want my money back. I had a diagnosis at the dealership and bought my vehicle in. They told me that the diagnosis was wrong. Charged me $600 and when I got my vehicle back it was running in worse condition than when I brung it in. It was leaking a substantial amount of antifreeze. I took it back and they kept my car for almost a week and everyday I called it was a different excuse as to why it was still not repaired. I am filing a small claim against them. As a parent to an 18 year old, 90 miles from home, first week away at college. My child had the check engine light come on and my child called you. You checked it out. Thank you for your honesty and care with helping my kid.
TMS in Champaign was absolutely great! They got me in quickly and were so helpful throughout the whole process. I had service done on my flex pipe about a year ago, and unfortunately it cracked again. Even though my warranty was set to expire in just TWO days, they still fixed it for me at no cost! I really appreciate them standing behind their work and taking care of me. Great customer service, fast service, and an honest business. I definitely recommend TMS!
Had a section brake line replaced. They did a great job at a decent price! It's hard to find old school auto mechanics.
This place was great and very accomdating. Terry saved me from buying a car with cleared codes that I had driven all the way from St.Louis to see.
