Have an existing subfloor/deflection issue and TMR will not honor warranty. Received several, non-bias, assessments of our problem from other flooring companies, and each concluded that a problem exists and the builder should step up and repair. At one point, a repair was scheduled, but TMR backpedaled and basically refused to follow thru. TMR has said that the warranty would be voided if we repaired on our own. However, if the builder refuses to honor his warranty, what good is it?
Todd Roberts built our beautiful home and my wife and I could not be happier! He listened, gave us ideas and helped us make our dreams come true in owning a brand new home. I would highly recommend Todd Roberts to anyone looking for a new home.
