I’ve been training the last few months with Susy and it has been life changing. I’ve had period issues for years and they went away immediately with proper diet and exercise. Susy creates meal plans for the week and I’m definitely not an easy one! I have allergies and I’m a vegetarian! She keeps the meals yummy and different. I now look forward to eating. After working out at other gyms in the area, I was fed up with the crowdedness and lack of cleanliness and was SO relieved to have found Tmpl3 studio. The owner is a badass, super kind and has literally built a temple for working out in a safe, no judgement, non crowded, clean space. Think of working out somewhere where you have way more privacy to try new exercises and just do your thing, while also feeling a sense of community with the other members and the personal trainers there. I honestly wish I had found it sooner!!

Amazing! I usually come at 8-10 p.m., and im always the only one there. Try and find that with any other gym at that time. Say goodbye to gym anxiety. There is a wide range of equipment for strength training and cardio. It is 24 hr access to members with a key fob which I love! I cant say enough great things

I train with Susy at TMPL3 and I love it so much, very private and safe. Susy is so kind and supportive. She truly puts her heart into your goals. The place is very welcoming and the staff is nice and friendly ! The bathroom and dressing room is so clean!

I love TMPL3 Studio! I was looking for the right trainer to help me gain muscle back after losing it from chemotherapy. When I first stepped in the studio I was shocked that it was a gym because of how clean it smelled. It looked like a gym but smelled like a spa!
