5000 stars, TMPL3 is small but mighty. I was there over 3 years and loved it, the atmosphere is amazing. All the women are so sweet and the overall vibe is very supportive. The facilities are always clean with lots of cute amenities in the locker room. I was hesitant about it's size at first but there was always plenty of space and equipment at anytime for basically any workout. The owner Gianna and trainer Susy are the best! I would never had left it I hasn't moved, you should definitely check it out!

I’ve struggled to get back into a workout routine, especially after having two kids. My body didn’t feel like my own anymore, and I quickly realized I needed extra support to feel like myself again. Great gym — always clean, excellent equipment, and a really welcoming atmosphere. I also train with Susy, one of their in-house trainers, who has been incredibly motivating and helped me reach my fitness goals. Highly recommend checking this gym out!

I had such an amazing experience working with Susy! I signed-up for 10 personal training sessions with her after feeling like I was in a rut and wasn’t seeing more progress with strength training on my own.
