Website doesn’t state the pool hours and as a result, we arrived too late to swim. They even argued with me that the website DID announce hours. When they realised I was right, they didn’t even acknowledge or apologise. Reception team were pretty rude and unhelpful.

I joined this gym primarily for access to the pool. During my first swim, I noticed what appeared to be a cockroach or water bug in the water, along with visible rust along the pool’s edges. This raised concerns about the facility’s overall cleanliness and sanitation. Great gym with lots of equipment, I go for the sauna and swimming pool, very clean with towels, shampoos and everything you need.

The place is good, it has what you need for a good workout. It's a shame the receptionist is deplorable. You're not asking them for a favor. I was just there for a visit, and believe me, I'll never go back. Besides, I'll give that gym a very bad recommendation to others. Very bad.

☆☆☆☆ I do not like this gym. I’ve had two separate incidents where I felt discriminated against. For the amount of money being paid — over $200 a month — this experience is unacceptable. You’re better off spending your money at a place like Lifetime or Equinox. I’ve visited both as a guest and never felt the way I feel as a member at TMPL. One star. Definitely do not recommend. I actually wish I could give zero stars
