These guys do great work, and their employees are very knowledgeable. Their employees focus on the task at hand, and also respect the rights of all people, no matter what race you are. This is always my 1st choice for my ramp needs. Can't say enough good things about the workers here.
This place is full of joke. The boss is more focus on drama, complain, and bullying employee while they work on their tasks, also i had seen 1/2 of employee walked out because of owner Tom lied to them about they will get pay raise after 3 months of work until this time and Tom told they to take it or leave. He so selfish and greedy, for example they product welding galvanized steel which is very dangerous to weld those materials because Tom is looking for cheap and not care how dangerous is that.
