TMP was the company contracted by my insurance company to repair water damage from a leaking hot water heater located in a laundry alcove off of my kitchen. The workers pulled down the under house insulation in that area to make the repairs and NEGLECTED to replace it.
Due to flooding in my home Tmp Construction was brought on board by way of my insurance company; otherwise I would never consider dealing with them. I was anxious to get the repairs started so I reached out to them but received no response to my several attempts seeking general information and an estimated start date. I ended up driving an hour to their office only to be ignored initially and then being treated rudely by the two women in the office (my concerns were corroborated by an employee.)
