BEWARE. They Absolutely shafted us - there is no moral compass with this company. It was such a bad experience that we had to see a lawyer and report to Commerce Commission. In response to your comment below this is absolutely 100% the correct company.
Found some rust on a windscreen frame the glazier told me it needed to be resolved asap before they can fit in a new windscreen, i'm not familiar with this area, so i tried my luck with TMP Collision Repairs. Ishant took my call and handled the case with urgency, by end of day the rust was removed, frame primed and painted professionally. Really happy with the Mazda I purchased from these guys. I bought it without seeing it in person as I live in Wellington, and they were honest, easy to communicate with and had all documentation on hand. They answered all questions and were able to organise a tow bar and extra key fob before sending it. It arrived far earlier than expected too and was delivered to my house. Highly recommended!
