So I started full time because they never offered part time at the moment, so they would try and make me work Saturday to make up my hours but I can't because I have my son over the weekend, and went thru training twice due to personal issues and the second time I was trained, they had made someone from the previous class (my first class) a trainer, so we constantly had questions and they constantly said "oh, we'll get to it in a second" & never got to it , management(multiple people)have anger issues btw, stay away !

I’ve been with the company for about 3 1/2 years and it started off pretty good but the pay rate dropped and they don’t give raises. Management and payroll are very unprofessional all through MCI as well. Over worked and under paid!!

My Mom works for this company and has for years now. Recently the company has made the work from home mandatory so as her daughter I have witnessed now first hand the horrible management that constantly makes her feel that she is inadequate in her position. She gives so much of her time all the holiday was taken and yet she gets up walks 15 feet to her desk and sits diligently as if she is in a real office and does such a great job with the customers she talks with.
