Called them on Tuesday for appointment on Friday. They never showed. We called an hour after appt. time, the guy I previously spoke to said he didnt remember the appt. even though I had texted address/gate code etc. like he requested. They said they would come in an hour and still they never showed. We have been sweating since Tuesday and now have to go another weekend until Monday to call someone else, since we can't afford weekend/after hours fee. We will call someone else. shame of customer service! They never answer the phone, I've been waiting for a month to install new air conditioner and they do not answer. (They holding the new ac parts) When I call from another phone they answer and say that they will call me back to schedule and never called. Unfortunately I'm still waiting, be aware!!!!
My thermostat went out so my ac wouldn’t turn on. Home warranty sent this company out to fix my ac. First he blew a fuse trying to replace the thermostat. He claimed he fixed but I wouldn’t know if that was the truth. He left and returned the next day. Once he replaced the thermostat the ac still wouldn’t turn on. He said it was the mother board.
