The new "autopay" system is a joke. I enrolled in auto pay but you need to login in each month to authorize the payments??? I'm sorry, how is that auto pay??? Now my bill was almost overdue because tmlp doesn't understand the concept of automated payments.
So far not impressed. Super rude, cocky, quick to the 2 woman I spoke with. Can hear another coworker laughing up a storm in the background. Only person that was nice and professional was the operator/receptionist. Not too pleased about the security deposit either.
