Came in with original draws, face plate information(with sizes) and parts in hand. Employee honestly was pissed off I walked into his store and didn’t know exactly what I needed. He was so stand offish, I left. Would never go here again, if I could review it zero stars I would.
Called for a furnace part in the in winter months and would not help us out. Just stated " The don't sell retail" although they do carry the part the rather see people freeze I guess. Sad when people and companies prioritize money over an emergency.
