Very friendly staff and super quick to see someone.
Very rude staff, failed to provide itemised bill and asked to pay, even though bulk billing was possible. Following up for invoice after week, lady sited its not her job to provide the invoice and trying to get hold of account team is impossible. Called them after being on hold call was ended. Getting hold of the feedback form was hard as well, asked staff member over the call to be sent on phone, they just had QR code for access and no sms or email option. Terribly managed place.
