If i could give zero stars i would. Terrible service from collection to administration. Blood on floor and chair and staff reluctantly cleaned it up. Some tests not advised there was a fee. Other tests not collected and had to go back to have more blood taken. Got phone calls from different staff to go back but no one could make an appointment as staff member could not work out how to do it.
