BEWARE! Run away from this contractor (TMK Remodelling and One Stop Remodelling). Jason Giusto and Ted Kelly (previous TMK Remodelling) are extremely hard to work with. Once you have paid the first installment you will be waiting for months for them to initiate even the planning. Ted had his company years back, and the rating you see on yelp and google no longer applies. He is essentially a middle man, he assigns you to Jason as the contractor.
