I wrote a lengthy review but it disappeared. I was 72 two years old when TMK pressured me into a contract. Most of the work was well done, but quite expensive and some things I didn't really want. I have two major problems. The quartz kitchen counters are mismatched. Same pattern, but 3/4 of it is fine, the other 1/4 is same type but different slab, which is much busier, and is butted right up to the other less busy slab. Even visitors notice it. Uncomfortable and very expensive experience. Not worth It. I got the same for 3 time less! They are out to take advantage of your wallet. Guy also basically pushed his way in my home after I told him we can talk in the garage or outside!!!

They subcontracted the work on my roof out to an unlicensed roofer. They lied and said they do not subcontract their work when I specifically asked about it. They did not monitor the work and I had to watch the roofer daily. He took every shortcut on materials that were written in the contract. The roof was torn down to the plywood for 3 weeks. It rained several times and leaked into my kitchen. They treated me as if I was over reacting when I demanded someone come out and check on it. Then they refused to pay the roofer and... read more

They did a poor job in my backyard, The pool was replastered and now the steps slope down the steps are not level at all. When they placed the pavers they did nto cap the sprinklers so when the sprinklers are turned on the water comes up from under the pavers. The waterfall from the jacuzzi was not level and had to be redone. They cut all the wires on the sprinklers and I had to pay the Gardner to repair the wires. My flooring came out great, the contractors were professional and paid attention to detail. Nothing better than good service from good people. They were kind enough to leave the house clean and leave me complaint free!
