If I could give Dr. Sainsbury and his staff 80 stars, I would do it/4reasons why/REASON 1: everybody, from front desk to back office, you name it, was incredibly nice to me, from my first phone call to my last good-bye. REASON 2: Dr. S. could have named several conditions I do NOT have and charged me thousands, but, in actuality, he said my issue was not TMD-related and charged me only for consultation fee. I only had diagnostics done - no actual treatment as of yet - but I was thoroughly impressed with both the staff and the doctor here. They were patient and kind and explained everything about the imagery they took. They answered literally every single question I had about my results and offered a treatment plan. I'll update my review after I get my dental appliances - but if you're trying to understand why you can't breathe at night, why you're grinding your teeth, etc. this is a great environment for getting answers.
