I went in for TMJ consult, and after a very lengthy form they have you fill out prior to the visit, the assistant comesin and drills you for all the same details. Then the doctor comes in and asks everything over again and writes her own notes. If you say something slightly different, they say "well, didn't you say this before?" I felt like I was being interrogated the whole time.
