Dr. DiGioia is professional, compassionate, and exceptional at what she does. I have been her patient for many years, and even drive from Windsor to see her because the care she provides is truly worth it. I have gone through her TMJ program, and it offers one-of-a-kind treatment that has made a significant difference for me. I highly recommend Dr. DiGioia to anyone seeking knowledgeable, and compassionate care.
Dr Digioia is the reason I can now sleep well. I came to her with significant sleep disruption while waiting on a sleep study. She put together a treatment plan which included a dental appliance that was not invasive. A sleep study later concluded that the treatment plan she had me on had reduced my apnoea to where I didn’t require anything else based on my condition. Forever grateful for her and her team. When you can’t sleep, life is pretty tough. I continue to see her for follow up periodically and doing great.
Super unprofessional. Refused to see me after waiting a month for a consultation and after driving an hour to see her. “This is a scent free office the dentist is having chest pains and her heart is beating really fast from the perfume you have on” perfume that I sprayed on an hour before coming. If it was that much of a concern and inconvenience for Lisa, then it should be mentioned in the phone call and posted on the door/office, not in the fine print of the email.
