Bought a house. Solid build but finishing details and specs lacking. Paint on door hinges and light switches. Corners and ceiling looked rushed. 200a service on online spec sheet but only 100a on spec sheet provided. Seemingly proactive but no follow ups. Would buy again but with caution and a professional pdi.

I had an excellent experience with this builder from start to finish. The quality of the home they delivered exceeded my expectations, and it’s clear they take a lot of pride in their work. I moved into my home in August 2025. The whole process was very stress free. From being shown the model, to picking out pretty much all my finishings then to the move in. I was shown two models but ultimately landed in the white rock townhome. Now because this is a new build (50k) was to be put down upon signing however I was in a position that I could do this.
