I moved into my home in August 2025. The whole process was very stress free. From being shown the model, to picking out pretty much all my finishings then to the move in. I was shown two models but ultimately landed in the white rock townhome. Now because this is a new build (50k) was to be put down upon signing however I was in a position that I could do this. We bought our first home with TMJ construction and it was a great experience overall. Michel and Cedric are very friendly, knowledgeable and transparent about everything. Almost two years after closing, they are happy to respond to any questions we have and help if they can. Would highly recommend TMJ to anyone looking for a new build in the area.
