I agree with Julie below. They owe me $103 !!! I paid for one of their plastic mouthpieces. My insurance co. UHC said my share was "0". They told me UHC made a payment, then took it back. This turned out to be true. UHC currently made two payments to them. One for $300 and another for $500 after I filed a grievance against this office. Crickets!! Dr. Maruflu & her staff of ladies are the sweetest. I have been treated with professionalism & respect since the moment I check in, when I am called back by the tech & Dr. Maruflu is just so caring to my Tmj symptoms. I liked that I was told from the start what my treatment plan could look like, what my insurance would cover & what I would be responsible for. I highly recommend Dr. Maruflu & her staff for your Tmj Care.
I would avoid this “practice“ at all costs. It is not intended to be individualized care for your TMJ. DR MARUFLU IS THE KIND OF DOCTOR YOU WILL RARELY FIND AND I CANNOT RECOMMEND HER ENOUGH. SHE IS HIGHLY INTELLIGENT AND HIGHLY SKILLED AND WILL TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHY SHE RECOMMENDS ANY PARTICULAR TREATMENT PLAN TO YOU. Very professional and genuine dental surgeon. Dr. Maruflu is precise in the care she provides and considerate with her patients. She also clearly has great working relationships with her staff, which I believe says a lot about a practice. Highly recommend!!
