I would recommend looking for another provider with a policy that takes customer satisfaction and care into consideration.
Please be careful when seeking treatment with this company. Told I was getting covered treatment and my insurance was paying everything, then got a surprise bill for $2,200 saying insurance didn't accept the procedure under the code they billed under (wrong code). Multiple appeals denied and exhausted, forcing me to foot the bill outside of insurance. Terrible billing customer service.
Went here a year ago and after every appointment I asked billing if I had any payments because I have been through this before with physical therapy and surprise payments and they kept telling me I was covered . After one month i suddenly have a $1500 bill I have to pay and can’t come back until I do so….and then all of a sudden billing is impossible to get ahold of?
