Great doctors but hate they they make you go through the lousy 3rd-party HR called "Healthmark Group" to submit FMLA paperwork, get medical records, get "return to work" documents. Such a find medical practice, but using a horrible HR middleman. Oh, and Healthmark charges you to process FMLA paperwork. $35 to process a 10-page document. Ridiculous!
They do not respect your time. I sat in lobby for more than 30 minutes, then in patient room for over an hour. No apology or another.
