I broke down right in the tunnel going through Baltimore. Check engine light start coming on truck start turning off. I got lucky and got out the tunnel and didn’t have to be told but I hooked up with this Shop man they know what they doing. I recommend them a 10 out of 10 man they got the job done and got me out of there in a timely manner. Appreciate you.
Dear truck drivers, be careful and avoid this repair shop. Based on our experience, we believe their business practices are dishonest. We came in with a coolant leak. The mechanic smelled strongly of alcohol, looked at the truck for about five minutes, and immediately said the water pump needed replacement. No real diagnostics or repair was performed. Wasted an afternoon/evening with them by believing that they would get a tow out to me and they never did. Never called me back, had to keep reaching out to them first for updates only for them to say that their wrecker broke down and they couldn’t tow or service my truck. Should have just told me they didn’t want the job and moved on
Called TMG up,they came out diagnosed and fixed my Air Leak issue that another company misdiagnosed within 2.hrs. Appreciate my guy Chuck
