No regrets!! We had been talking about getting an infrared sauna for our home and came across this one. After reading the reviews and benefits, we made the purchase! Easy delivery and install process however the controls (temperature and timer) took some getting used to. We were provided with support and further information through email. A solid structure and attractive look.
Ridiculous delivery terms. They refuse to deliver inside garage. Asked to deliver in a slope in my entryway. It's a heavy 250lbs workbench, that's risky and messy. Don't buy here for residential delivery, they charge extra for residential but provide garbage service. Takes multiple emails to get an answer. Terrible experience, waste of time.
