Rude staff not only was I rushed out they closed the hood while I was looking at the engine they did not disclose a valve cover gasket leaks and a rear main seal leak on the vehicle that I drove almost 2 hours to see he said they buy vehicles from auction and have no maintenance records at all for the vehicle honestly extremely shady place that should not be in business car I was looking at was a Infiniti g35
After searching for a low mileage used car I made an online appointment to visit TMG Auto Sales with my son to look at a 2009 Ford Ranger that was featured on the web site. The communication before the appointment was excellent we arrived and the car was there clean and ready for us , we took a test drive and was provided with a full Car Fax report. It’s always scary buying a used BMW because of the bad rep they carry… HOWEVER, Robert at TMG Auto eased my mind with his knowledge and confidence! Very dishonest pricing practices, operates with a bait & switch approach. I saw a Wrangler that I wanted to buy at a fair price, and called to see if it was available. Over the phone I asked how their pricing worked and was told it was just the price listed plus licensing and taxes based on where I live. I left work early and drove an hour to come take a look at it, went on a test drive, and was prepared to pay cash for the vehicle.
