Several months with no communication, called 5 times and never heard back, when I did get a staff member on the phone I was told oh ya I seen your name on a sticky note, dr Saunders may be educated but the money grab techniques are shown through, putting in for treatment before the diagnosis is accepted, mass confusion and no one knows what each other is doing.
